An interesting new book traces the "Art and Science of Transformation in Everyday Life." I haven't had a chance to read all of it yet, but it takes a scientific approach to studying the process of how people achieve life-altering transformations that leaves them with a new way of viewing the world. Should be a fun read ... not sure how much it gets into the science, but thought it worth a mention.
