I still can't believe that they called that "Homeland Security" - translated word by word into german its "Heimatland Sicherheit" or you can also say "Staats Sicherheit" and that was Hitlers "SS"

so Homeland Security is Bushs "SS"

9/11 was the burning of the "Reichstag" (blamed on a jew)

Who ever that guy was filming time and time again is a fucking jackoff. Sure they may be a ways from the border but don't you realize that most of the time illegals are picked up a locations away from border and driven by a "mule".

The reason he had all the attention that last time is because he was being an ass to the agent the previous 4 times he went through the checkpoint. All he had to do was state that he just got off work and he was an American citizen. Wow thats pretty fucking hard to do.

And on a side note anytime you go through a checkpoint like that don't you think it will raise some suspicion when you are taping the interaction. As an intelligence agent, this is what you should look for from people trying to penetrate or discover weak points in an operation.

The Border Patrol agents did everything by the book.
Some of you out there may think the whole world is out to get you and every member of every branch of the government is involved, well has it occurred to you that maybe these agents were just looking for illegal immigrants and drug runners? The check point was not in fucking Cleveland or something....it was 40 miles from the border in Arizona!

911 was not the "Reichstag fire" that is yet to come. When the Capitol building is massively burning that would be eqivalent to the "Reichstag fire".

All Germans were encoded on those Key Punch cards and not just the Jews and Roma. Oh, by the way, the same system was used here and was until rather recently to record the US Census. Go figure. The databases today are far far more extensive than anything IBM came up with for NAZI Germany's use.

Not really much different treatment than any citizen who got alittle overboard at a State Patrol check point would get. And that has been that way for at least 50 years.

The American Police State started in 1947 during Republican Truman's "reign", with the passage of the National Security Act of 1947. That's like 60 some years ago, people, its been here ever since just getting bigger and bigger and more powerful. Truman fully entrenched the Military Industrial Complex which FDR would have switched over to producing plowshares had he lived. Truman and Churchill created Cold War I.

First off, let me be clear. I hate the Dept of Homeland Security. Especially the Transportation Security whatever the fuck they're called. TSA. Those fucks. So...just know I hate them.

Now...I ask the next question. This TOOL in the video that keeps asking "Am I being detained?? Am I being detained??" What the FUCK is he doing?? How hard is it to stop, say "The United States" and move on. What RIGHT is being infringed on here? Seriously. I don't know what the issue is. It seems like there's some secret to what he's saying but I don't fucking get it. So if the agent said, "Yes, you ARE being detained until you tell me what fucking country you're from!", that that would be what? Some indication of something??? I'm seriously fucking confused.

Because to me...esp someone that fucking hates jackbooted motherfucker HS tools...it doesn't seem to be a big deal asking where you're from, especially if they're trying to crack down on those dirty fucking beaners that are invading our country.

Why don't they do this AT the border? Across the entire border?

Why are they allowed to harass US citizens?

Trinity--you sort of answered it above, but what is exactly "unreasonable" about the stop. Probable cause? That probable cause seems to me that our fucking country is being overrun by illegal aliens and they're trying to check on that. I don't fucking like it or them, but I dont' think the fucking hystrionics makes any fucking sense.

sorry asshole but this is still the united states america, and we are still afforded our constitutional rights to not be unreasonably detained or searched

they have no right to stop you, question you, or detain you without probable cause...

BTW...this would be my fucking office IN THE GOVERNMENT so yeah...it's coming from a network. Don't let that fool you. I fucking hate what this country has become.

But THIS situation looks to me like the tool with the camera is baiting...and these officers, like it or not, are trying to do a job of protecting the borders from the fucking beaners that are overrunning us. AGAIN, it doesn't seem to be very unfuckingreasonable to say you're from the US and then drive away.

So is it unreasonable to stop for 7-10 seconds and then move on?

And again...what's with the detaining question?

Is this something I should know as an American citizen? Because if someone--like Trinity--could answer the fucking question and shed some light on this for me, instead of fucking calling me a shill, than maybe I'd go "Ohhhhhhhhhhh I didn't fucking know...this video is TITS!!" And I'd be all fat and fucking happy.

The big deal is that checkpoints are an infringement of liberty, something our country is founded on. They are illegal and common only under tyranical governments, such as Nazi "Papers please" Germany.

Our rights are being taken away under the guise of 'those illegals' and 'those terrorists'. Don't let them fool you. They are allowing our borders to remain open so we will be flooded with illegals so we will be so pissed off at the flooding of illegals that we will allow these unlawful searches, siezures, and traffic stops.

Coming next, NEAT ID. Some scary shit there.

9 out of 10 times you will be arrested and later released. You might be in the right(usually you are) but their victory is just putting you in those cuffs and using up your time.If they couldn't get away with it they usually won't do it but they can. They thrive off of intimidation and not answering your questions.

hunting the illegal aliens down.
How about camping out on the border...stop them when they cross and leave the people who pay their wages alone.

So just to be clear...I should expect to be able to drive wherever I want to on public roads and not have to stop at checkpoints to confirm my citizenship in an area that is known to be infiltrated with illegal aliens? Is that right?

Cool. Fine. The unreasonable part still gets to me. I don't see it.

They need to secure the borders instead of wasting time at checkpoints. One patrol along the border can catch a hundred illegals in 5 hours.

That checkpoint operation was a tremendous waste of money and time.

The camera itself only works until ONE SINGLE COP OR GOVERNMENT AGENT is told it is all right to confiscate cameras, to "fight terrorism".

Then it is all over.

Use this power while you have it.

What comes next will be bloody. But we won't see it on T.V.

We will just see millions go missing and the rate of "terrorist Cells" being busted go through the roof.

The whole thing is almost in place, waiting for us right now.

It just takes a bit more of this slow grinding action for real tyranny to be noticeable to the common man.

It's not for illegals anyway, it's to condition the people to a police state and it's an excuse to grow the department and create more storm troopers.

Period.

It's obvious that the government doesn't give a tin shit about the illegal problem, or they wouldn't be trying to give them amnesty and doing nothing about the borders.

If they did care they would take these lazy pigs and put them ON the border, not inland to stop American citizens.

Trinity is right.

Give these cunts an inch, and they will take a mile.

Trinity, for once I am right behind you, and the OP. Kudos to this man who made the video diary. He is a BRAVE man. Sadly, I expect that this is as one already said, a test site to see how many sheep accept this as 'normal'.

I am not an american citizen, although I live here (married for nearly 8 years to a native born citizen). I asked him what he would do, when this ultimately happens to us... his response 'answer them'.. Over my dead body I told him. We will be doing exactly what that brave chap did.

Kudos, kudos, kudos.

What rock did you people crawl out from under?
Were you really unaware that the boder patrol has
had check points all along the border as far as (if I remember correctly)
100 miles inland from the border and at all points of entry.
Some check points are permanent and others are moved every so often.

This has been going on for over 50 years. This is nothing new.
Every encounter I have ever had with these people has been
very professional. They have to do this job at times in the middle of the fucking desert with temperatures on the asphalt of 120+ F.

They also seize massive amounts of drugs coming into this counrty.

I don't like what is going on in our country any more than the next guy but this is a total red herring.

The thing that I find most perplexing is that you rant -- and I mean RANT about illegal aliens then you slam the border patrol for doing their job.
