Chemtrails is for killing people, not modify the weather.
Not too sure if that's the main reason though. Seems that it's too slow and painless to do it that way.
I think it's about weather, and technology, perhaps spiritual dampening also. But to kill?
Kill yes, 80% of the world population have to die according to the NWO. You know AIDS is a manufactured bilogical warfare agent.

Allergies are already so wide spread already.
