I don't know if Moses parted the Red Sea, but it is symbolic allegory. Jesus did, in fact, preach. He was, in fact, crucified. You can't argue with that. It does not take a special person, only one who is seeking truth for truth's sake. Not for money, or power, or to "prove" something. Humility is the key to being teachable...in any subject.
