The 14 year old shooter will get to know what it feels like as he will be raped by bigger 'manlier' boys in custody. I have never understood that man on man rape is not considered homosexual conduct when it happens in jail/prison but is when it happens in the public at large. Just like I have never understood this 'loving, forgiving' Jesus based 'christianity' that allows hatred and murder of those who are 'different' in beliefs, sexuality, or in physical differences. So many variables- was the shooter or the victim 'illegals'? Was the shooter molested as a kid, confused about his own sexuality or merely acting out in a gang banger like fashion? This should have never happened but sadly will continue to happen more often in light of the gender bending government policies that 'prevent' discrimination yet offer no further protections. At the very least we have a murder, a hate crime, and a potential wrongful death lawsuit against the shooter and his family.
Any way you slice it there are only losers. My nephew worked with someone like this while in high school. He worked in the library after school and there was one boy 15-17 who would dress up in full drag with make up (6ft2inches, 190 pounds) and while he was disturbing to look at he never was a threat to anyone. And as to the 'religious' connotations I just laugh, especially when it is a guy's 'fantasy' to have two women. Is this NOT THE SAME in terms of homosexuality? Or two guys and one woman? Like the baseless argument all gays are child molesters are then all men who like shaved skinny women child molesters? After all it is NOT natural and when you compare the average shaved 'waif' to a twelve year old boy the similarities are disturbing, especially in light of church/state sponsered child sex abuse, what is portrayed on television, what is promoted in churches (and by extension how these 'church' families act in public). Even my 90 year old grandparents, Prtestants and active church leaders for decades saw no problem as long as one was in a loving faithful monogamous relationship and did not flaunt it in public. This surprised me as did the opening of a gay only high school somewhere in TEXAS of all places!!!!
But in summation all I can say is when we accept the untolerable as we do in our government, in our leaders, and in society as a whole then we are the real losers because we have lost and have been divided and conquered by those who are suppoesed to 'lead'. And my gut tells me we are headed for a new dark ages real soon where the absolute law of the church in the 7-13 centuries has been replaced by the 'state' in the 21st century.

As a gay man who was ENDLESSLY TORTURED throughout elementary-jr. high-high school by mean-spirited kids, I can assure you that not every "queer kid" paints a bullseye on themselves. I tried to blend into the fucking scenery, and it didn't work.

I'm so sad for this kid...and for everyone else who has or will face this type of torture. It can fuck a person up for life...trust me.

Still soo many ignorant "souls" around that think they are very secure in there sexuality, especially having to "say it" and then try to "brag" about how many women they have been with, you are definately being an embarassment to "yourself." I think this poor kids family should be proud of who "he" was and also be proud that he was "NOT" afraid to be himself. People need to learn to have respect for others "No Matter" how different they are or how they look.
As for women go, I love and adore women, I am a gay male and have been out since I was 19. I am 35 now and grew up in a strict mormon family. I was very lucky when I came out, because when I did I had left the Mormon church, my mother and siblings had too. My father was the only one that had not. But My whole family accepted me and "NONE" of them ever felt ashamed of me or embarassed by me. I was one of these kids back in the eighties that was tortured by other kids, just like this kid was. I did not dress girly, I dressed like a "normal" boy, to what ever "normal" is, and I acted like myself. Women were always my closest friends, and back in the junior high years back in the eighties people always saw me as sensitive and in tuned with my emotions. I would definately say back then I did bring on some feminine traits, but you know I was not going around hitting on guys,, I knew I was gay, I have known since I was a very very young kid. I did even make a couple guys friends back in Jr. High and High School, they were stoner dudes and I hung with the stoner crowd that liked heavy metal music, which I Loved heavy metal music and still do, and I was NEVER attracted to my guy friends or even thought about hitting on them, No Way! Anyways getting to my point, I should of been left alone by "the jock guys in school, and a few of the preppy girls-the "popular crowd." They were terrible to me! And now that I have seen that another teen has been killed because he is gay and just being himself, it boils my anger, and it surely did and still does when I think about those guys and how they killed Matthew Shepherd. It is definately time for me to stand up and come out and help young gay teens, give them support and be a big brother to them. They definately still need protecting from such ignorant and angered souls, and I definately plan on protecting them and standing up for them!

And for you, the "human being" who wrote his comments above, "Men" HAVE "Beautiful" bodies, and especially when they have been taken care of and are muscular and sculptured! I can see the beauty in a womens body too, but I am "Not" sexually attracted to them in that manner. It is also more than "just the "sexual act," there yes is the physical attraction to the male human body, but it also is an emotional and spiritual connection that one has with one's kind, and it is "Very" strong, if you connect sexually, and especially if you find the right monogamous partner, there is nothing like it when its your soul connection. So being with the same sex for me is "soooo" very natural and normal, "heterosexuality" as I see it for me and other gay men and lesbians is abnormal for us, people will have to learn that you can not change us. God created us this way, just like god created heterosexuals to be heterosexuals and that is what is norm for them just like being gay and lesbian is norm for us. We are "all" being taught that we are eventually going to live in an all loving world that is completely diverse, this means in our cultural backgrounds too, this is the direction "God" is bringing us all to. The day and time is coming where this is what this earth will be, "unconditional love" and "acceptance" for us all! Peace and love to all of you!

We can't judge who is and isn't going to Heaven, and sure as shit should not be "casting" stones when we sure as shit are not free of sin.

Only God can judge..........for being "homosexual".

That state however does not have a problem judging peoples actions, and murder is one of those actions. No matter how you slice it, the dude, or dudes who killed this young man need to punished.

We should pray for the victims family, and pray for these young men who committed this awful crime and for their families.
