Re: breaking a spiritual connection
Energetic/Spiritual bonds can linger, particularly if the other party is unwilling to Let Go

It may be thought flakey & impractical to 'return' the aspect of the person you or he or she may need, likewise you may request silently within to have returned to you 'your'
integral piece.

I'm Quick to sever 'cords' that are destructive or imbalanced in most instances.

It takes acceptance and full understanding of the situation. If you try brush it away because you want to avoid the pain, you will find other areas of your life falling apart. Deal with the problem head on, feel every emotion and eventually time heals it all.

I have been there, done that and come through it whole.

division isn't real

you can't break a connection
that's the worst thing to do to yourself
create a schism
integrate it into yourself
you cannot unmarry anything
and then you will be whole and able to move in another direction with that as integrated part of you and your experience

Re: breaking a spiritual connection
First look closely at the relationship and list all the good times, medium times, and bad times. Look at them all as your creation for your learning. When you feel that your expereinces were your creation, truely then your anger, or disappointment will subside slowly. This does not mean you have to like them or judge them, just know and be responcible for you in this dance.

Forgive yourself and forgive your partner for all that you both may feel uneasy about. This is the whole reason people get together, to excellerate learning about themselves. What was the gifts of the realtionship, and what were some things you never want to expereince again? Once you get a handle on that, letting go is easy and with a sigh of relief. There is no reason to feel rotten about any epxerience. Feeling rotten is the by-product of unfinished business. Doing this also helps your former mate to let go and be easy. Soemtimes it allows friendship to bloom later on. sometimes not.

So once you get there and you wish to release any spiritual bonds, sit in meditation and slowly intend a healing and release of all connections to you and your mate. If you are visual, imagine each connection (make them up if you need to) imagine each one to be like a electric plug and allow the connection to be pulled from your body. Unplug each one with a feeling of gratitude and say" Thank you". Do this until you feel no connections.

Trust what ever you do will be right.

If you feel any later, just repeat it. Sometimes we renew connections when we think intensly about others.

Thank you is the most powerful words, for it works like a release, and acts like a knife cutting any energy streamers coming to you for an exchange and it acts as acknowledgment of the energy presented, but it will stop the flow energetically.

When people insult me to my face, I will say "Thank you" and smile and walk away. To engage in any more conversation allows many of those etheric connections to plug in to my body. "Thank you" works great. Taught to me by a wonderful Japanese Sensa.

Your wanting to do this is a great gift to your former relationship and steps upward! You are Divine!

There are some bonds that need to be let loosed.

Re: breaking a spiritual connection
Perhaps the other person hasnt let you go? For the longest time, I couldnt understand why I was so frozen in sadness. During a meditation I asked for clarity to this question and that night I got the answer I needed. The person I hadnt let go all these years, also hadnt let go of me. So, I figured out a way to send a message to him without communicating directly. I asked the universe to break whatever agreement we may have had. I also asked that we be forgiven for whatever Karmic debt we may have had to each other. It has been over six months and I feel 100 percent better. It worked!!!! In fact, in the last week I got rid of every last bit of memory to include a very meaningful piece of clothing (pathetic) that I put in the trash without no regrets. I am actually now sitting here thinking what all the fuss was about. Oh, I also had to aplogize to this person for some of the crap that I did. Maybe this time I was sincere about my apology where as before it was just a meaningless gesture. So maybe that is what needed to happen to finally get the deletion that was delayed for one day too long. Maybe this will work for you?

Re: breaking a spiritual connection
Get into a quiet meditative state. Ask that the cords be shown to you. You may be surprised at what you see. I was! Then undo them. Pull them out, saw them, what have you. All in your inner eye. Bless this person as you do this. Forgive. Forgive you. Enjoy your sense of lightness!

That depends upon the bond as some bonds cannot be broken, only temporarily slackened for survival purposes.

As for the pain, no pain no gain. You're in the "gain" vineyard.

Ain't it fun? hf
