Sorry to hear no progress on this tragedy ... kids suffering everywhere because of this scum (check out the Franklin coverup about the White House / Rent boy scandal) and nothing we can do.

Maybe just execute newspaper editors for conspiracy to abet a serious crime. Sometimes violence works.
