The issuer of the video was, in my humble opinion, off the clock and had little or no clue what he was filming or offering an opinion about. In fact, if I recall correctly, he said he drove up from Florida to "expose" this. I have continually called BS on his disinformation and wonder what HIS agenda really is.

Whats up with that??? Even before the fuel costs were through the roof...He mentioned signs in some cars back in pre Y2K(2000) that stated: "road closed due to Martial Law"...and he had seen some odd cars-not the normal-but nothing else back a few yrs back when he told me...

The fact it doesn't need to be a prison camp to be latter used as one. The intent is what matters and is also impossible to prove one way or another. the design with all the revolving doors and electric fence pointing in speaks for itself really.
