Way back in 2012 it was reported 25% of Calif homes sold were to Chinese.

WAY too many. Most are Chinese Nationals - not Chinese people coming to the US "looking for a better way of life" so to speak. They act like China owns Irvine and Americans are not welcome. They even started their own little private police force (that got busted by Irvine PD.)

They started to thin out when covid hit - especially the pregos waddling around waiting to drop that brat in the US for the birth cert.

The birth tourism was off the charts, but I haven't seen very many around in a while.
