There's a lot of stuff Stuart writes about of which I feel resonates, and is helpful. Some stuff he writes is truly from the heart, is genuine and other stuff fairly dodgy, perhaps I won't ever get it. Some stuff I feel is a concoction, not individual or authentic. The anguish and resentment from trying to see the point in being passive, decent and diligent seems very hard to promote from within at times. Same issue with many paths and religions. Personally, I recognise aspects of his cult following & work that have a phoniness, other things have value.. Things wouldn't be the same if people like him weren't around. A guy like SW will of course have a cult following. I don't think cult is completely a bad word, just actions of people create it's tipping point unto sinister or otherwise. Many of you reading have a personal story on the fact the guy is a bit of a shonka. This is probably one of the reasons why I got into his work a while back. Many different people with all sorts of issues and experiences get into his work. Put a large crowd of them in a room and it's gonna be negative and positive.. It's not like ordaining monks. I believe even places like this and so-called bad experiences/disagreements allow for a deeper 'individual' understanding. Only you know. Also, I believe there's many highly intelligent visionaries.
