Court's homeschooling ban shocks many parents in California.
A California appeals court ruling clamping down on homeschooling by parents without teaching credentials sent shock waves across the state this week, leaving an estimated 166,000 children as possible truants and their parents at risk of prosecution. The ruling was applauded by a director for the state's largest teachers union.

I too was born and raised in CA, but its this kind of shit that caused me to decide to leave. Out of the frying pan and into the fire. Oregon is just as bad. I think there is something about living close the ocean that creates fucking liberals.

The sole and only reason that they are trying like hell to shut down Home Schooling is because parents WILL NOT TEACH THIER CHILDREN ITS BETTER TO BE GAY.

There is no other reason. Gays have pretty much taken control of the California school's curriculum.

Homeschools are the last places where truth is taught to children in California.

I agree with this is pretty messed up, I was shocked to hear and seemed all of a sudden, I hadn't heard other news of it. How can you ban homeschooling? I think their estimate of 166,000 affected is too low, I think there's many more than that, probably those living away from the system of things.

Why is it that newer posts get pinned over older posts with the exact headline and three times the views and replies?

Right, this has already been discussed and I hope like hell it's overturned. I would be fighting this if I lived in California. Parents should have the right to teach their own children. Many are more qualified than teachers that are teaching now.

It is the dumbing down of America. Put the children in school for brainwashing. Teach them not to think on their own. Give them propaganda. The herd mentality.

Who is responsible for
initiating this law ? We should all organize and march on his house.

Move to Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Hawaii, Canada .

Do not support the nazis .

Your children will thank you sincerely .. . inforced vacc just around the corner, even WITH the recent out of court settlement, full of excuses ~ well you can just 'excuse' yourselves and your families, give um' what they want ~ get out and stay out ~ till they're gone of course, and then you can move back home ~ some country will save us ~ somebody plez!

They cant brainwash kids who are homeschooled. So theyve got to take more control to brainwash the kids into their way of thinking about everything from accepting the police state to gun control to socialism to submissiveness etc. Cant have kids being homeschooled and thinking for themselves, can we?

You wont find many Patriots who are public schooled.

On a deeper note, one of the eventual goals of the new world order is children being completely owned and reared by the one world government. Totalitarian ownership by the one world government. There will be no private ownership of anything - your children, or even your own body or mind.

Before when the government started causing trouble for homeschooling parents, the State police started killing the parents in Utah, South Dakota and Nevada.

Ironically, home schooled kids are way ahead of the national average, and most excel in college

Proper social skills are not taught in a public school setting. Children are not allowed to even communicate in a class room. Proper social skills are taught by the parents from the time those children can talk and respond. If there are any social skills learned in school, it's slang and who screwed who. Peer pressure, comparison, and competition is learned in school, which does not make for an emotionally well balanced, confidant child that thinks of others.

Greetings,

I was born and raised in Whittier. Moved to Texas and like it much better here.

I am not sure I agree with you however. California seems to have perhaps the largest number of Homosexuals raising kids. If they were home schooling theirs, what would they teach?

It may have more to do with the illegal Mexican population there. Just a thought.

Regards

the method tracks the bright lights, most of them run away, or simply will not go to school.

If they don't die on the streets, they may be found as their experiences will lead them to 'glow' again, and if not careful ~ well if you stand up, you may be more easily nailed back down . . or tasered .
