Back in the days of the old GLP (Elaine) I had done this before and I didn't give it a second thought, and no one railed at me as you have.
Again, I'm sorry. But I doubt that many would pay for a membership to get what I posted, but maybe I'm wrong about that.

If band width is so precious, take out the 'quote' feature, which I suggested when Trin was first starting this membership thing.
Many times, I copy and paste something within a post rather than use all of the band width it would take of using the quote feature, so no, I try not to be selfish of GLP needs.

Still, it seemed as if you deliberately ignored what I posted regarding my intended service to GLP.
If even 1 or 2 would donate to GLP in the form of becoming a member or sponsoring an upgrade, to me, that'd be worth it.
I think people would become a member for a service like this as it can be a huge time-saver on long threads. Most people don't like to read through 47 pages to get to the meat of a thread. I just happened to have some extra time on my hands.
I have no problem with people wanting to be "squatters." It's when they appear to be *selfish* squatters, eager to sabotage an effort to help support GLP that I start getting pissed.
But, I see you're an enhanced member. That's good.
I hope others will also give their financial support if they spend any length of time at GLP.

I must say that the ting that impresses me the most is that the OP has stuck with this thread and answered most questions.
That brings a certain validity to this for me.
It only brings validity to the fact OP believes information mischievous entities or persons have given to his friends - vague DOOM predictions that suck in the paranoid and the lost who are looking for excitement in their underachieving lives.
