At the moment you don't sound like a candidate with much
talent for remote viewing, appearing to be a straight out newbie, uniformed, looking for instant success, wrong motivation, and a big ego filled with aversion.

No wonder you failed and blame everybody else but yourself.

Well sure what you say is the real me but why should that hinder any efforts I do? I have a strong mind and a strong will, so in all fairness I should be great at this. That is if there was anything to it which I'm beginnng to doubt.

One thing is for sure Rota, you wont get "it" to work unless you believe it will.. You sound too skeptical

It is not something you learn from any manual, it is spiritually gifted. If you wish to open up to your own divinity then go on a Reiki healing training course it will help you to clear the blockages that are holding you back from having spiritual experiences.

Lotus...no offense but in the manuel it said you don't have to have any psychic ability. Also it was military men that perfected this and I'm sure they were not touchy feely whimps.

Some of the best remote viewers in the world were chosen to work with the US military during the 80's. They were all spiritual people. Russia have also used highly attuned spiritual people and recently Indian intelligence services have enlisted Indian sages to help them.

Alright Lotus....I'm open minded. I'm not sure just how this works but I have read where you have a location you want the remote Viewer to go to and look around. I'm thinking about a location I am very interested in. Check it out and let me know what the deal is with this particular place.

Anybody can do it. But forget the analytical component. ie. Lotto numbers, street names etc. They relate to human labels/abstractions which are all as meaningless as your name. It has nothing to do with belief either. Its like anything--it technique and work. At a basic level it is the following the protocol of the techniques outlined in that manual which I assume is the Controlled Remote Viewing manual.

It was originally developed by Ingo Swann who devised the structure of the technique although the actual manual was compiled by Paul H Smith. It's original purpose was for spying. The program is defunct as far as I know.
