Could be good for a person who takes care of themselves - eating right and exercising with a lower percentage of body fat.

Could be bad for a person who is ill with a chronic condition, malnourished or elderly.

rolling veins means they move easily~when you are getting blood drawn warn the nurse~it is good to know before venipuncture since even experienced hands can use the heads up. No concern for you OP.
