C, I can tell you with certainty that NOT all male hairdressers are gay. In fact, I am in a band with a singer who is a stylist by day. Guess what? He gets more chicks than Aston Kutcher.

Sings, owns a landscape/remodeling company and cuts hair. He is one of the most successful people I know.

I work in the movie industry and ALL of the male hair stylists (as well as costumers) that I know are in fact gay. Some flamboyant, some not so much. Growing up, the #1 hairstylist in town was male and he, too, was gay. Many girls tried to change him, though. LOL!

In my experience, straight would be the exception and not the rule.

It's impossible for every male hair stylist to be gay, especially if they do other mens' hair. To be honest, male hair stylists have a stereotype of being gay, but I have yet to meet a gay male hair stylist.

I know three men hairstylist. One is gay. He other two are married to pretty cute girls. You don't have to be a gay male to be a hairstylist. And who cares if they're gay or not?
