well, i almost never put my leftover fries in the fridge. i'll leave them out. reheating after being chilled really taste like shit.
so, like if i order out or bring home some fries.. i'll leave them out (if i dont eat 'em right away), and the next day for lunch i'll throw them in a pan with a tiny bit of veggie oil, and they are too bad. but theres really no way around it. even putting them in the oven make them taste like total crap.
same goes for pizza! i'll just eat the pizza cold! that sometimes can be better than how it was the night before in some cases. but something about reheating kills it.
