Why does 1 man ( BLACK ) get 2-4 years in jail for killing a caucasian teen who was on HIS property and threatened him and his son( OVER A GIRLS FALSE ACCUSATION), Yet this other old guy ( WHITE )shoots 2 men who had broken into his NEIGHBORS yard, when he could have kept his gun-happy as* in the house and prevented the whole situation.
Man ( BLACK ) gets 2-4 years for killing teen who threatened him and son with 1-2 carloads of friends screaming racial epithets on HIS property:

Outside court, the teenager’s father, Daniel Cicciaro, shouted, “Let’s see what happens when Aaron White gets shot,” referring to the defendant’s son.

HELOOOOOO, your son and his lynch mob came to this mans house wanting to fight his son , on HIS property. If the black boy and his "homies" rode up on your property and wanted to fight your son and were calling you racial slurs, we all agree you would shoot him, most people here, would shoot him. But to threaten a mans son, who did'nt do anything, was outrightly wrong. AND YES, the friends should be charged as well, threatening someone with racial slurs on their own property deserves a charge.

Um, You can't just kill whoever is on your property. The other men were breaking the law on someone's property/ breaking and entering. And also, I think he just shot them, not fatally, might be wrong.
To me, BOTH men were wrong. You can't just shoot people who are bothering you. Only in self defense and yelling is not fatal, so there was no need to shoot that kid. |

The man in Texas was on the phone with 911 waiting for the police for almost 10 minutes. They didn't arrive, so he told the 911 operator that he was going to shoot them, then hung up the phone... and shot them. |

Yes, this is New York not Texas. However, he wasn't actually threatened so ethically he shouldn't have shot him. He should have called the police. He probably would have been let off in Texas though.
BTW - two jurors wanted to acquit but the Judge kept pressuring them to a verdict. What did it was the threat of a Sunday session of deliberations. They said they regretted their decisions afterwards..but come on...because they didn't want to be inconvenienced on a Sunday? Probably christians. |

Black is BAD. The blacks kill each other or a gang sign, $5 crack , commit crimes just for fun.

to be white you must endure minorities being hired before you because of their color/race , its called Affirmative action but I call it reverse discrimination.
These days you just have to drive through what was once a beautiful white upper class neighborhoods 30yrs ago that was taken over by the blacks and it now looks like a war zone .
Burned out homes, drug dealers on every corner. The Black race has no respect for anything , all they know is destruction.
I now support shipping the blacks back to africa. It would be cheaper on the USA to pay each Black $10,000 dollars and a 1 way ticket to africa than to pay for welfare/food stamps and supporting the lazy Ni##ers. |
