OP i tried myself to read bits of it but cant find it anywhere online. I found a audio thing once to do with it which if you like i will dig out for you laters on.

But i think what your going to have to do is bite the bullet so to say and fork out the $44 for the book.

I know barnes and nobles have it mostly in stock, have to drag myself away everytime i go near it.
