If she really wanted to change gender she would've gone all the way.

But she kept her female organs in order to have a kid.

So she wanted to become a man while at the same time continue to function as a woman (which she no longer wanted to be anyway). She has major psychological issues and if there's a God she'll surely go to hell for doing this to her body, to her mind to that child and to the other people that witnessed this.
