One can never really change their gender. Sure you can snip this here, or glue that there, and take pills to morph your body, but you cannot change the cromazones.

If she really wanted to change gender she would've gone all the way.

But she kept her female organs in order to have a kid.

So she wanted to become a man while at the same time continue to function as a woman (which she no longer wanted to be anyway). She has major psychological issues and if there's a God she'll surely go to hell for doing this to her body, to her mind to that child and to the other people that witnessed this.
