AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN) - Police are looking for a man who posed as a police officer and sexually assaulted a woman near Decker Lane Saturday night.

The woman reported that around 10 p.m. Saturday, she was pulled over in the 10200 block of Decker Lane by a white Ford Crown Victoria, four-door, with a red-and-blue light flashing on the dashboard. The driver proceeded to handcuff the woman and put her in his car.

The alleged accomplice followed them in the woman's car to a remote location near Decker Lane, where the driver sexually assaulted her. The two men then left in their vehicle, and she drove away in hers.

The victim described the suspect/driver as a 6-foot tall black male with a tattoo of barbed wire on his right arm. The man was wearing black and white camouflage pants and a black T-shirt with the word "POLICE" across the chest.

The alleged accomplice is a short, Hispanic male with a bald head and a goatee. He was wearing the same clothing as the other suspect.

SO true OR dial 911 and telll them. I would recommend not stopping at a "quik mart or convenince store cause if it is someone like thses scum that will only accomplish getting a few poor witnesses, many of whom may leave because they are drunlk or wanted if it's late at night. Call 911 and tell thhem a car that you think MAY be a fake unmarked car is following you and request thatt they dispatch a marked unit iimmediately. ii know of a case 10 years ago when a young woman was stopped on a lonely hiway ;late at night by a white ford with dash and/or grill lights. The "cop" immediatelt approached the car and asked her to step out with no other words being exchanged., She refused....the cop" got back into his car, backed up the shoulder to prevent her seeing his tagg and drove away. Like most dum basses who have no idea what she just avoided/escaped she drove away without trying to follow him, call 911 via cell or bothering to report it. the first time the RE$AL CIPS heard about it was 3 weeks later 3rd or 4th hand even without a victims name to interview or a location to stake out of rmore instances of the same shit.....be careful A real cop willdo anything to you for waiting for a marked unit. Don't run just DO head toward the busness district or where you are mmore likely to find marked cars on duty and do dial 911.
