As yes the myth of Atrahasis....and earth does have an effect on all star visitors. One only has to read the poem which details when Aun sees his son's Enlil and Enki for the first time on earth and cry's.

You think you have awaken to 'the truth', but I am going to tell you a secret, you have just exchanged one illusion for the other.

If we wanted to 'qonquer' the world, we would have done so a long time ago, our technology is beyond your's and those misguided 'aliens' who's been portrayed in your literature.
We do help, and we are ready to help the whole planet, but there are 2 reasons we haven't shown ourselves in public to the degree peace loving humans have wished for.
The most important reason is the 'general' level of consciousness. In this regard, we are now trying to inspire through new ideas and new consepts, and trying to show you who you really are.Like a parent helping it's child to walk, we can only show you and support you, but you must figure out the wlking part for yourself, there is no other way.
And we are happy to report, that there is a great number of you who have started their spiritual awakening, and nothing could please nor honor creation/God/singularity more than this.
But, although the numbers are increasing, the majority is still suffering under various deluges.
We are however aware that this is a process, so we offer help to those who sincerely ask the questions. Why do we limit our involvement? Because this 'awakening' is on a more personal level than a collective level, because we are talking about realizations, and that is a experience that only oneself can achieve.
It doesn't matter how many times someone tell's anyone anything, if they neither wants to explore, nor try and understand, how can one expect progress?
What I will and can say is that, what is fast approaching is far bigger than most people think.
You must learn to discern fear and negativity, and realise the nature of yourself, you hold tremendous powers, each and every one of you.
Yes, there are as previously stated other races of a more sinister intent present too, and they have been here interacting behind the scene. Some of them are still on earth, but most of them have been taken care of by us.
We are under the obligation of free will and love, and can only interfere if free will is not respected. This we have done and will continue to do, this approach also involves helping you without you knowing it, if we did, we would have been guilty of breaching your free will to evolve by imposing our presence with our more advanced knowledge. And this is what we'd like to see our siblings realize. Right now. hardheadiness on your part, only pospones our reunion.
