I agree. Could it be found in some of the Dead Sea documents not yet released? Or hiding in a old church in the M.E.

Wrong book, that was written by Levi Gersho. I am talking about the book of the Bible that was supposedly lost...

OK explain how someone can get away with removing so many books from the Bible... also, you know someone somewhere saved each and every book. There must be an amazing library somewhere. I've heard there is one in Salem.

This book was not "removed" it was lost in even the 1st century. And is unknown to even the Qumran scribes(150BC to AD 60)

Where is a way to find this book! Prayer!!!!!!!!!!!
And if you say to your self, I did then unity in prayer will work. We can set a time to ask the lord and he will tell us!

I found this thread while researching the lost books of the bible. If you are serious about setting a prayer date and time I would be willing to participate. I think that's a great idea. If God wants the lost books to be found I believe he would tell us himself.

Re: Where can one read "THE BOOK OF THE WARS OF THE LORD"
BOOK OF THE WARS OF THE LORD (Heb. יהוה סֵפֶר מִלְחֲמֹ&#1514;, Sefer Milḥamot YHWH), book, mentioned only once in the Bible (Num. 21:14), which apparently contained an anthology of poems describing the victories of the Lord over the enemies of Israel. The only extant piece contains a fragmented geographical note which is very obscure. According to a tradition preserved in the Septuagint and in the Aramaic Targums the words "The Wars of the Lord" are the beginning of the poetic quotation and are not part of the name of "the Book." The book referred to then would be the Torah. However, according to the Vulgate and medieval and modern exegetes, this is the complete title of a book which, like several other literary works, has not been preserved.

The extent of the actual quotation from this book is debated. Some think it comprises only verse 14 itself, others include verse 15 (JPS), while still others go so far as to include verses 17–20 ("The Song of the Well") and the poem in verses 27–30. The existence of such a book indicates that early written as well as oral traditions have been incorporated within the Pentateuchal documents. The date of the work is variously assigned to the periods of the desert (Kaufmann), Joshua, or David (Mowinckel).

BIBLIOGRAPHY:
Mowinckel, in: ZAW, 53 (1935), 130–52; Kaufmann Y., Toledot, 4 (1957), 33, 72; N.H. Tur-Sinai, Peshuto shel Mikra, 1 (1962), 167–9.

Love is a state of Being. Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. You can feel the same life deep within every other human and every other creature. You look beyond the veil of form and separation. This is the realization of oneness. This is love. What is God? The Eternal One Life underneath all the forms of life. What is love? To feel the presence of that One Life deep within yourself and within all creatures. To be it. Therefore, all love is the love of God.

Death is a stripping away of all that is not you. The secret of life is to die before you die - and find that there is no death.

The book of Jasher, which has been found a while ago, was quoted in Scripture. The Book of Jasher also references the Book of the Wars of the Lord, in Chapter 90.

Re: Where can one read "THE BOOK OF THE WARS OF THE LORD"
I have been trying f/years. to locate an original extant or existing version of the 9 missing books from the Bible, which include: book of the Wars of the Lord, book of Jasher and book of Iddo the Seer among others. I once thought I had obtained a legitimate copy of the book of Jasher, but after researching the matter further, I found the book to be 'pseudographical'. Ditto f/another copy of the book of Jasher(by another author/translator), which I purchased years later, which like the first, turned out to be false. I am beginning to think that there is a conspiracy to keep the whole truth of the matter from coming to light(consider why would God allow these books to be mentioned as part of his Scriptures[the same as Kings and Chronicles]and yet NONE of these books have ever been found?

Re: Where can one read "THE BOOK OF THE WARS OF THE LORD"
I am a convert to the ancient religion of Orthodox Essene Judaism. I accept all the Dead Sea Scrolls as Scripture. The Book of the Wars of the Lord, was a book that contained the wars of the Lord. The WAR SCROLL is such a book. I believe it is the WAR SCROLL which Numbers is referring to. If so, it would not be a lost text, but the majority of it is preserved in the Dead Sea Scrolls copies that exist.

Re: Where can one read "THE BOOK OF THE WARS OF THE LORD"
The same "non-existance" was given to the BOOK OF ENOCH and it has been rediscovered and translated in english and probably other languages. The copy of The Book of Enoch and the Book of Jasher was published by Defender Publishing Crane, Missouriin 2011. Maybe they have other books in production??? Just a suggestion of another source to check. Otherwise get a source to the Vatican Achives and ancient books, scrolls ect.. that have been stored for centuries+.
