Yesterday, hard-line conservative Pastor John Hagee, founder of Christians United for Israel, endorsed John McCain. McCain, who had been courting the endorsement for over a year.

I take offense to the Jesus freaks, Jesus NEVER encouraged, endorsed, or advacated violence. He never encouraged war and he never preached anything but faith. Christrians are eager to be mislead by those preaching such and that is also an offense. I have asked a number of preacher to give me just ONE verse in the NEW testament where jesus advocated violence and EVERY one of them just shut up.

He said we have more power through faith than by violence. But first you have to have faith. When weak on faith substitue violence and blame it on the bible.

I see this as another sign of the demented view that McCain has. For him to seek the endorsement of a person so bigoted and with such a screwed up view of how things should be is a danger to the USA and world to have that person in the White House.
