Anyone else notice tv networks audio out of sync? | |
| annoyed coward User ID: 411786  Canada04/09/2008 07:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So I'm watching (trying to) Hells Kitchen last night, and fox's audio is off by about 200ms. For the whole show. It's insane. All other channels were fine. Today, Comedy network is off by about 30 ms. It's getting to be a daily issue now with tv networks, why is their audio off so much? Old equipment, bad codecs? What's teh deal?  |

Been getting a lot of pixellated screens and all types of anomalies with my digital cable service. TWC claims there is no service disruption. A few weeks back, AS (cartoon network) was pixelled for almost 3 hours straight, and that's about the only channel I watch at late nites(lurve me some Family Guy, Robot Chicken and Boondocks) and all other channels were just fine. Sometimes, you can see weird shapes and heiroglyphs in the pixels when the feed is F'ed up. Maybe that's just my imagination? Lately, I don't know. |
