Baking soda mixed with 10% common table salt is an inexpensive and remarkably effective tooth paste. If you want to get fancy add some spearmint or peppermint extract to the mixture. Finish with a hydrogen peroxide gargle and swish around your mouth for 1 minute and you'll have a healthy mouth, and sparkling teeth without any of the poisonous flouride compounds and dehydrating ingredients that are in practically all commercial toothpastes.
