Yes, it's a good question if you're not acquainted with the Operation Terra saga.
In a nutshell:
The official site is still up, she is still on earth, and nobody was lifted as predicted.
There are still some faithful followers that will attempt to rationalize the failed predictions.
As to what phase it's in, I would describe as being in late excuse making phase, where a wait and see position is taken.
Since nobody was lifted, except perhaps a cat, the "Op" status is much like that of the famous ZetaTalk messages and promises.
Like many other "new age" messages, these messages have been fairly accurate in terms of generalities, but have been a complete washout in terms of specifics.
In my opinion, whatever truth there may have been in the early messages, it has been so compromised and undermined by the string of failures that the material is much like that of a wrecked building.
You can probably find a few undamaged bricks and posts that may be useful but the original structure is no longer functional.
