What he does do, though, is take an alka seltzer (regular) every day. He likes the stuff. He does not observe any special diet, enjoys beer and wine. For the short term, however, cherries are supposed to be a good treatment. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 142490 United States 04/15/2008 07:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | can anyone tell me if rubbing the offending foot will help? Thanks again for all the help. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 407001not rubbing but foot massage (it will help your spine and stomach and head too) will feel great and you'll have less pain also. put vasiline (the jelly stuff) on your feet each night but avoid the toes. keep them free and clear. wear socks on top of course for the night then soak 'em in some nice rather warm water with maybe epsom salts in it. your feet will thank you for it. just don't rub the foot raw. |
