From my sister, who had cancer. (I think she drinks a gal a day, and this is the amount per gal.
I already do 2tsp baking soda a day in my distilled water. I also add the juice of 1 fresh lemon to it as well. Once I didn't have the lemon and I got foot cramps that night, so I think that is a must! It truly is alkaline, I drink nearly 1 gal a day of that alkalized water and have been alkaline for over 6 months now. I had a black spot on my pet scan since Nov 06, and finally after doing the alkaline diet it was gone on my January scan!!!! Yippee!
Some people are wary of all the sodium, but I'm not going to fret about it as long as I am alkaline.
