The only recipients for social security payouts should be those that put into the system. Calculate the compounded interest plus the principle and that's your total available withdrawal.

I'm on SS and have paid into the system A LOT since 1968, still am working so I'm still paying into the system, but believe there should be a cap as calculated above.

First they need to cut all federal, state and local pensions because Social security was paid into, out of everyone's weekly paycheck into a fiduciary trust fund. Technically the money should be there.
