One thing that has disturbed me deeply is the full police report (posted on the kstp site). It states that the house that Chris Jenkin's girlfriend lived at, and he had been sleeping at every night for the previous 6 weeks before his disappearace, had a 10" hole in one of the bedroom walls. Found the on 11/1 (wasn't there on the 30th). The roommate who's room it was in, who was also a Waitress at the Lone Star Bar (think that's the name),
said she came home, didn't see anyone but felt "scared" and heard the stereo and "voices" from the living room. But didn't go there.
She instead called a friend and went to his house for the night, as she was so terrified.
The report also states that that night, she "couldn't walk" and was having difficulty with her body movements.
Later in the report, some cops came over. Looked at the hole, took pictures of it and a "sample". That was it. No other mention of it.
Supposedly, another roommate should have been there, a guy named Nate. And so should have Chris's girlfriend Ashley, as the female roommate said Ashley left the bar before her and went straight home. But she didn't see or talk to either of them. Nate was said to be "passed out".
Either way, a fucking 10" hole in the wall, straight through from the outside to the inside?????

There are very few people like Sears, who go missing on a cruise ship and live to tell about it. Sears had apparently fallen off the ship -- perhaps as far as 10 stories, he says -- in the middle of the night.
His first thought when he regained consciousness, he said, was: "How in the hell did I get here? I mean, to be honest with you, that was my very first thought. ... How in the world did I end up here in the middle of the water with no ship at all?" |

Ethan, there has been many theories about the murderers: Trane techs, women, monastery, black ops, etc. You have being doing a lot more research than some of us so wanted your opinion.
What do you think about the possibility of other students such as a skull & bones type organization from each campus into initiation rites and satanic rituals? Although one could be on each campus they could have association with each other such as a larger organization guiding them. They could either work with a higher organization such as mentioned above or maybe alone. |

I had a strong feeling that women were the perpetrators in this. I'm thinking that the victims had been involved in rape, and were targeted by these women. Rape on college campuses is far more common than most people know, and big-man-on-campus athletes are usually the ones responsible.
It's a little strange that such an obvious clue would be left behind. The perps certainly seem to know what they're doing, given that they've never been caught. Hmmm. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 429194

It's proven that there's sick websites out there that include people who have fetishes of watching men drown, there has been a investigation on this and the police are checking into one guy from the midwest who particiaptes in this. This same guy has been in lacrosse and some of these other areas where young men have drowned! Google "Only the River Knows." |

MIDDLEBURY, Vt.—A body believed to be that of missing collegian Nicholas Garza was pulled from the Otter Creek on Tuesday, police said.

The badly-decomposed body of an unidentified male was found among sunken timber in a floating debris pile below a waterfall as authorities prepared to mount another search this weekend. Searchers were taking temperature readings in the river and performing depth soundings when the remains were found, according to Police Chief Tom Hanley.
"They do appear to be the remains of Nicholas Garza, but identification will be made at an autopsy tomorrow," said Hanley.
A wallet found on the body belonged to Garza, police said.
"It was Nick," said his mother, Natalie Garza, who was there when the body was removed.
Garza, 19, of Albuquerque, N.M., a freshman at Middlebury College, vanished Feb. 5 after leaving Stewart Hall dormitory during a winter break in classes, headed for his dormitory. He was reported missing five days later.
More than a half-dozen searches since then by Vermont State Police, search-and-rescue teams from around the region and volunteers organized by his mother turned up nothing.
His wallet and cell phone have never been found, even though police found a winter jacket and laptop computer in his dormitory room.
Some here believed the melting of snow at winter's end would yield clues or a body, but it didn't, nor did several searches of Otter Creek, including one last month after aerial imaging showed an unidentified object in the water.
Mrs. Garza had been living on the Middlebury College campus since shortly after the disappearance and enrolled her 9-year-old son in school here.
"The remains have been in the water for a long time. They are not in good shape," said Hanley.
The autopsy is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday at the office of the chief medical examiner in Burlington, he said.
"I have shared my deepest sympathies with Nicks mother Natalie, and let her know that the thoughts and prayers of the entire Middlebury community are with her, the Garza family, and with Nicks many friends," said Middlebury College President Ronald D. Liebowitz.
A "gathering in remembrance" of Garza is being planned, he said.
"May the unity that comes from the terrible sadness we all feel at this time be a source of comfort and strength for the Garza family," said Liebowitz.

Argall worked as a nurses aide at Stonehill Care center in Dubuque, Iowa, owned by the Franciscan's nuns and right across from Mount St Francis, owned by nuns. His car was found at the mines of spains, if he walked to the river it would be a long long walk, so why was his body found at spruce creek near Bellevue, did he float that far or was his car left at the mines of spain to throw off police? The saying has been for years around here, If you want to commit a murder do it in Dubuque because nothing ever gets solved! Matt Krutzki,son of a Wisconsin retired sherrif drowned at Sinsinawa Ave in East Dubuque, ill x-mas eve. This one will get ruled a accidental drowning, because Dubuque police never solve any missing cases or murders!!!!!!!!!! If this was not a murder or accidental then perhaps a drug deal gone bad? I've followed this closely since the drowning of an Ithaca College student in April here in New York. I made calls to the Trane office in Syracuse and guy there said technicians were in Ithaca the week before and after this kid was found dead in what amounts to a small detention pond that in no way in hell a student would wind up dead in by his own actions. Two different technicians were in Ithaca week before and after. Syracuse is about an hour from Ithaca. I called Trane after reading this thread and it turned out to be strange coincidence that Trane guy was there right before kid died. I looked around the scene closely a few times but found nothing. I tried to talk to a kid at the house where dead student was last seen and had been partying but he declined to say anything. I'm waiting on the police report. From the cops perspective case is closed. Accidental drowning. I am a journalist. It is clear something deeply nefarious is up. But there is just so little evidence. I talked to one of the two detectives pushing the smiley face connection but he shared nothing and seemed more concerned about setting up an interview. I don't know what evidence these guys have, but the FBI has dismissed it. Here in NY there have been four cases in recent years plus the kid they just found in Vermont. My trail has pretty much gone cold. Anybody can post whatever theory they want but truth is no one has anything. If these two investigators do then why no criminal charges yet? Keep in mind these guys are trying to get there new investigative business up and running and in the black. Solving a case like this would definitely set these guys up. It all boils down to evidence, which is just so lacking.
In the realm of theory the latest thing about Richard Argall is interesting. One theory posted on another thread suggested it could be a Native American(s) killing these students. Motive certainly fits crime. Chippewa Indian land is around Wisconsin and tribe has belief soul can't enter 'other side' if body is in water. Striking out against white elite for sins against Indians is a hate crime motive.
Again, who knows. As an investigator, I really wish I had something to go on. I wish I had facts to present, but it is all coincidence and conjecture at this point. Still, the body count mounts. |

When these threads were first made and I was reading them all day long as people posted, I got to wondering if someone was trying to create haunted places. Your comment above kind of reflects that idea, of someone creating ghosts or restless spirits.
