Darkworkers can change their path more easily if they are already polarized stong enough, because, the stronger and more developed you are in one direction, you are more easily capable for the change to the other direction, so...It could be helpful relationship for both. I don't say it's good, turning darkworker to lightworker if he/she has already chosen his/her's path, but...If this Earth is going to become a 4th density planet positive in its vibrational and energetic network in which person must balance its mental/physic/spiritual in positive vibration, , then this relationshio could be very beautiful, creative and one form of artistic exctasy.
