I did practically live on them in college, but the shit is horrendously bad for you. The spice pack being the worst part. If you throw out the spices, well, what the fuck, regular pasta is way cheaper.

Personally I would recommend whole grain rice with black beans. That and a banana is just about all the nutrition you need. Does get a little boring after a while.
