It seems incredibly cold in the northern hemisphere this year at least here in CO. Most of the plants I planted died, and it feel more like late fall than mid-Spring. What happens again after this "stuck in Sept" weather pattern? Game over? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 393149

Can humans communicate telepathically with animals? I had an odd experience this weekend that I won't forget. I was in my apartment on my computer when I noticed a large bird landed on the roof by my balcony. I noticed it because rarely you see birds flying around here in the desert, Phoenix. So I noticed the bird, it was facing away from me and I was just looking at it, admiring it. I started thinking if I could could telepathically tell it to turn around and face me. I just kept looking at it thinking something like you should turn around and with in about 15 seconds slowly it started turning around. It turned completely around and I swear it looked right at me and started moving it's head back and forth as birds do, while looking at me. My first thought was holllly shit. After staring at each other for a bit it flew away. How much could a bird understand? Can they respond to simple messages if they are in the mood/curious enough to be bothered?
How much does molestation effect a 4 year old? I just found out my older brother was molested in a "Kinder Care Learning Center" back in the 80s in a bathtub by a male employee. A female employee walked in on it and my brother said that he only remembers the look of "horror" in her eyes, on her face. He has mental problems over reacting,so much drama,ADHD, just somewhat messed up mentally. I now know why he acts the ways he does and I have never felt rage like this before. My blood is boiling for the first time ever. I want to track down this sick mother fucker and put a bullet in his head. I did a search in google and found out the exact Kinder Care still in operation. I found a review on google "My son used to attend this daycare and I pulled him out because the place is not run professionally at all! My son would come home with bruises and scratches and they just "didn't know what happened."" Date March 2008.How many children have been abused there in the last 20 years!!?? Disgusting. This made my blood boil to the point it is at now, ready to scream bloody murder. I just called child protective services but after talking to them I think they are probably useless. How well do children protection agencies do at actually protecting kids? Do they ever actually protect kids or are they just another useless bureaucracy? I'm about to throw up thinking of the amount of kids that have been abused at this "learning center" in the last 20 years. Sexual molestation of innocent defenseless children is the sickest crime possible to commit. What makes these people commit such disgusting despicable acts on innocent children? I will never find the "man"[coward-not a real man] who did this but do I at least get the minor comfort of knowing that his next planet will be a hell planet???
I just looked up personality disorder and it fits him perfectly, his whole life and personality make sense now. I'm so angry some sicker fucker messed up my brothers life for his own sick sexual satisfaction. Quoting: CanadianVandal

Hello everyone,
I am a longtime ZT reader and I have a keen interest in taking part
in helping others survive the P.S.
One thought I had was, it would be prudent of us, anyone who is
aware of what is to come, to write an editorial for their local
newspaper spelling out the basics of the P.S. and survival tips for
the area they live in.
Of course, it would make sense to time it with the earth changes.
Obviously at this point, editors of newspapers probably would not
run such a story. But in the wake of a number of worldwide
disasters that put the Global Warming theory in question? Such a
story, if properly presented, could run in a letter to the editor.
It could be very empowering to people who read the message.
What are people's thoughts on this action? Could it be effective?
Is anyone else doing something like this? |

Q: Nancy, early this morning from around 2:30 - 3:00 AM (Central time) with a clear sky I could see the Big Dipper, and as usual I followed the line from the cup...to the North Star (Polaris) located at the end of the Little Dipper"s handle. But it wasn't there!. I stepped back further away from the house and could see Polaris way down below. It was like the cup was pointing to the middle of the handle of the Little Dipper's handle instead as usual toward the North Star. How is it possible for constallations to be out of position? I went to bed and thought about it and went back out with my glasses to make sure of what I was seeing, and even posted about it at GLP, but only got dumb responses, so maybe you can help. I'll be sure to check it out earlier tonight to see if it is still the same, and I'm not just seeing things. Thanks Nancy and Zeta's. I know you have mentioned tilting the dome, but I don't see how this could affect the alighnment..
Nancy: I would have to have a drawing of this configuration, along with Azimuth and Altitude, in order to answer. I would first compare it to a Skymap to ensure you were not looking at something NORMAL, as the Dipper rotates around Polaris and the relationship of the cup to the handle thus changes as it rotates.
