Re: Dots on Mailboxes/ posts
The fire department came around this weekend asking for money. And the dots appeared. I think the orange dots means that the salesman talked to someone at the home. I did not give them any money and my neighboor did, but we both got the orange sticker. So I think it just is a signal to others not to ask for money again.

Re: Dots on Mailboxes/ posts
This is fine for all of the believers, but answer me this question, what about the individuals living in apartments and their mailboxes are grouped together in 50's or 100's?

Or trailer parks where their mailboxes are not even located by their trailers, instead the mailboxes are located at the or close to the park's entrance? Again grouped together in 50's or 100's...

This mailbox claim would only work for home owners that have their mailbox at their house, what about individuals that have P.O boxes?

Quote from another site....
Date: Friday, 9 May 2008, 11:44 p.m. Recently I have noticed BOTH a red and blue disc, about the size of a nickel, and placed on the outside of my mailbox. They are relatively newly placed. They can be removed but are stuck really well. They are reasonably thick and would weather well. They are not just paper. They are reflective. I live off the main road, and I drove to town tonight carefully eyeing all the mailboxes along the way. The vast majority had yellow discs, which are reflective, and show up well in the car headlights. As I got into town, I noticed some larger colored discs on the curb at several houses. I would imagine they could be placed on door posts as well, or most any hard surface such as a wall. Go outside at dark with a flashlight and check it out,and see if they are in your area also.

I just got home and did some searching on google, and this is what I came up with.

I was driving home from a meeting this afternoon and started looking at the mail boxes along the road. I saw one with a BLUE dot. One with a RED dot. 2 with mulitple dots... ORANGE/YELLOW/BLUE and another TAN/WHITE/BLUE.

Maybe everyone should check their mail boxes... just in case. They are about the size of a nickel/Quarter.

Has anyone else noticed these colored dots on mail boxes or the posts?

Re: Dots on Mailboxes/ posts
Look up on youtube what the dots mean. If you have red dot that means you are a minister, t.v reporter, writer or blog poster or outspoken community person. When FEMA declares marshall law you and your family will be forcibly removed from your home and summarily executed. Blue dots are followers of the red dot theories they will be hauled off and put on FEMA trains to one of 800 FEMA death camps for execution or reformation at a later date. Yellow, Orange, Pink dots- You are not considered a threat to anyone and will willfully obey what is coming down the pipeline. THe problem is when the crap hits the fan Those people will be left to fend forthemselves and many will die anyhow. If you have a dot on your mailbox you might want to start preparing yourselves for what might follow. Look it up on youtube and websites>

Fema Trains

Denver Airport

Fema Camps

Solar Flares 2012

Power Grid Failures

it is a conspiracy and the New World Order is about to strike, my guess is around 2012, they will blame the major power outage on solar flares, in reality they are setting us up for slaughter to whittle us down to a population they can control.

Don't say I di not warn you. But if you see federal FEAM agents knocking on your door for no apparent reason you might consider killing them first before they kill you.

Typically, a blue dot or some other reflective blue marker is a signal to the fire department that there's a fire hydrant across the street.

If you have a fire hydrant within 20-40 feet of your driveway, that's probably the answer.

Quite often, the city or county will place a blue marker in the pavement, but a lot of neighborhoods are just going with the dot, since it's cheaper.

Re: Dots on Mailboxes/ posts
ok here's the deal. i do deliver papers for a living and thats what the dots are for. the dots have different meanings such as 1 dot daily service, 2 dots fri-sun service, 3 dots sun only service. also the dots help find addresses in the dark, fog and other bad weather. they also are a training helper. imagine it being your first night out delivering and your on a road with no street lights and the customers leave no outside lights on well without the dot on your tube good chance they my miss your tube and you will not get your paper. if your a new customer it helps us remember you. also if you fail to come into work they have to send out someone who has never been on your route and the dots help while reading directions and locating proper houses. if you have a dot and don't get the paper thats just a lazy delivery person who either didn't take the time to remove it or couldn't get it off. also we used different colors for different reasons. example our company uses yellow if your an active customer, red if your paper has stopped. so really folks it's just our job don't hate us for it. it's not a big conspiracy you folks need to really move on and find another cause cause honestly this is insane to think ppl are marking you for death camps and the such. thanks for the laughs that my co-workers and i have had on your behalf.

Re: Dots on Mailboxes/ posts
Hi everyone. First of all, this thread has been going on for two years now, and I love it. It's hilarious. The things people have come up with is great.

I have been delivering newspapers for several years now. My route has been about 130 miles per night. Now I am in charge of carriers for over half the circulation in our county and the surrounding counties.

I can assure you that in most cases, the dots are for the paper carriers to know who gets what papers, and how often. Some have said that in the past, they memorized. Well, that's all fine and well, but if a carrier wants to hire a sub so they can have a few days off, then the sub will be able to know who the subscribers are and what they get. Plus, we don't deliver just one newspaper. We have about ten different publications that we have available to our subscribers. One hundred, thirty miles, ten different publications...not so easy to memorize unless you have been running that particular route for a long time. But then, even the best of us make mistakes.

As for those that have dots that do not describe, some of us leave those dots there for a while in case that person becomes a subscriber again. This helps to save money...dots aren't extremely expensive, but paper carriers don't always make the greatest money either.

I hope this answers some of the questions asked. Thanks for an enjoyable read.SmileyWink

I have a news paper route and we use these reflective dots as a marker for who gets what paper and on what day or how many they get or who is on vacation that week, that is all it is, people thinking it is different things are only those who have nothing better to do with their time than to sit back and decide on when the world is going to end or when they are going to die! comon people get real! Think about it, How do they train new people so well and so fast on the paper routs! it is hard to see addresses in the dark so if there is a colored reflective dot to see tho mailbox than it is easier to notice that the particular home gets a certian paper or even gets it on a certian day! wow!
