All I can tell you is what I saw in my dream.

Specifically, I see scenes and pictures and I know what has happened.

So 8.9, next full moon = 19th.

I have had drams like this before, but without specific info like time.

The other two dreams that I have had like this have not happened.

This dream was more more real and I got time out of it/ date/size.

When I say real was like I was there. It was very frightening.

I think there will be a big quake during the next full moon but it won't be as high as 8 and it won't be the location that he is saying. My prediction will be a 7 and it will be near Japan.

That's great OP. You've had your dream and you're clearly convinced this is going to happen. You have reported it here, but have you done anything else? Have you warned your family, your neighbours or anybody else in the area? You say you are worried because it is going to hit hard where you live. So, are you moving out of the area, even temporarily? If not, why not? Or are you not really that convinced? If you are blessed with an "early warning system", shouldn't you use it for the benefit of all.

I happen to think you are right, something big is going down soon off your west coast, but I'm in the UK, several hundred feet above sea-level and with no feelings about problems here (at the moment).

Don't worry, I'm not really taking a pop at you. I know these things don't actually work like that. You would have to be incredibly brave or foolhardy to issue a general alert and actively try to warn people or the authorities about impending doom on the strength of a dream; they tend not to listen. And if they did and you got it wrong, they are inclined to get thoroughly pissed off. Ungrateful sods, aren't they?

I think I'm rambling....been up all night... with the odd bottle of Spitfire and Bishops Finger... :)

if your vision is true, and a 8.9 is impending, there will probably be a few mid size (4-5 maybe 6+m) foreshocks leading up to the full moon, along that faultline, that you can consider your confirmation.

Thanks. Honestly I don't know what to make of dreams like these. Perhaps they mean a quake is coming or perhaps it relates to my life somehow and EQs are being used as a metaphor.
