Put that dairy down
Quote

I stopped drinking milk years ago but have a room mate that eats a lot of cereal with milk.

I just tried some with coffee instead of milk and it was quite good, just as good as a matter of fact if not better.

I'm not a vegan I just don't like drinking puss and bhg.
Not to mention the fact that cows milk is made to get a small calf up to around 500 pounds in six months.

Oh yeah it does a body good.

exactly, milk builds the body...

coffee taxes the body...

milk gives nutrition

coffee steals it, there is barely any nutrition in coffee and no calories, it is a thief, nothing else

are you skinny fat?

2% milk is almost a perfect food. Most adults don't need whole milk because of the fat but you need some fat to absorb the calcium.
Poor people do poor people things, and rich people do rich people things.

You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!

There are factors of milk that make one type of milk different from the other.

Such as unpasturized or pasturized milk, organic or non organic milk, etc etc but those are the two I can only think of.

I'm going to try unpasturized organic milk. I will never go for non-organic milk of any kind.
Read - for thy sustainer is the most bountiful one, who has taught the use of the pen, taught man what he did not know!
Nay verily man becomes grossly overweening, whenever he believes himself to be self-sufficient: for behold unto thy sustainer all must return.

Instead of naysaying every thread, why not google the concepts stated, and learn something.
For most people, milk is pretty much indigestible. For those relative few who can digest it, it is indeed laden with Bovine Growth Hormone, and there are legit sites that describe the dangers of consuming that.
Those two above statements are pure fact, and while you are perfectly welcome to continue in your mockery, if you do you are only proving yourselves to be the actual asshats.

homogenization is probably the worst thing...

it makes bovine xantine oxidase which is quite poison...

so that raw milk from the amish is probably best but really it is binding of the fat to sugar so if you get skim milk it should be ok, also you could make your own regular milk by mixing skim milk with heavy cream so the fats arent bound to the sugars...

aside from that milk is very healthy and has loads of vitmins and minerals hf

The board, who do you think I might be talking to?Milk is mostly indigestible by MOST because they are not baby cows, and they don't have four stomachs.
Milk is very BAD for a lot of people, long time allergy sufferers are often completely cured by simply removing milk from the diet.
Whether or not an Ethiopian would go for it is utterly irrelevant. As is whether an Ethiopian would eat swine.
Probably I would eat either, were I starving to death.
But I am not an Ethiopian, and I haven't eaten pork in twenty years, and I don't drink milk either.

Funny how just about every man-made food product ends up being unhealthy for you.

Milk is an excellent food- for cows. We're supposed to give Mama up when we start eating solid food.

"Cereal" unless it's a mixture of whole grains, is nothing but a flour based porridge with added sugar and flavorings, dried and stuffed into boxes.

Have a big bowl of strawberries for breakfast, or even a chicken leg!
