So how did you heal yourself, in a nutshell? I have lots of blocks from the past even though no significant external reasons to have what I want...most people would not believe me if I told them of the obstactles I'm having.
No, not in a nutshell, I have hade multiple energy healimg sessions, I also do kundalini meditation every night. The first step is to acknowledge that you have a problem, the second step is to watch your own feelings and try trace them back to their sources, the third step is the healing and clearing work

I know my problems started as soon as I was born into an unloving family, following that pattern all my life. Basically I have been attracting unloving people who are unable to see me for who I am or appreciate my good qualities. They are simply blind to anything positive about me, and it's been this way since I was a child, first with my family of birth, and then with my relationships. I don't want to go too deep into it but it's not logical and it's a pattern, almost like a curse.
