Sireen, I like you, I always read your posts, I respect most of what you say, but this sounds a little off.
You keep contradicting yourself.
He's threatening you, but he's not. He can't talk, but he can.
Then, he can't talk so he's having someone call and not threaten you for him.

It's not ME he's threatening, and I also stated as far as I KNOW he can't talk.
All I know is what I heard on the answering machine and what her father is telling me.
There are voices, mocking that night, simulating gun fire. Now having never personally heard the guy speak I can't say for certain who's voice it is.
I know during the court appearance, the man had a bandage around his neck and couldn't talk...this was a month ago.

I am not worried about my personal safety. I'm not even factored into this incident. BUT...my daughter is. THAT is my concern...my daughter and her safety when she visits her father. She was there that night...she saw the blood, saw the man and had to talk to the cops. She had to give her name and information. THIS is my concern.

I think the only thing reporting it will do, is have all this documented. And although that could help if one of us had to kill this man..I don't have a lot of faith that it would make any difference.

Isnt's his harrasment a violation of his parole? You should pick a detective from the police office and continue to call with your complaints. Maybe they will get tired of hearing from you and acutallly do something.
I cant say that I have any faith in your efforts bringing about change. Through my own experience with corrupt law enforcement I now believe it is a waste of time to think they will ever do anything to help.
I am sorry you are going through this. I know how unbelievably mind numbing it can be. |
