Therefore, this "sun" never rises or sets due to his relative position in the entierty of Creation, at the center by our Creator. They (He/She) are his adoptive parents as he was abandoned by his original etheral parents during the rebelllion of old.

In him "all wisdom centres, as the nave is set within the wheel." One of Varuna's forms is Savitar, the "impeller." While the rest of the universe revolves, the impeller stands firm. "Firm shalt thou stand, like Savitar desirable."
