First time making chicken noodle soup for poorly neighbor

I thought you just boiled bones and didn't use lot of actual meat in chicken soup.

little bit of celery and you should be good to go. i hate celery but it adds good flavor to chicken noodle soup.

i put some diced tomatoes in my last batch too. they were pretty good in it.

Here's how I do it. Cook chicken either in crock pot or oven, whatever. Make some chicken broth, or open the can and put it in a pot LOL. Cut chicken up, add to broth. Add, onions, carrots, garlic, whatever else you have that's good. Put in a little cayenne or chili powder, too. I'd add the broccoli last cause it cooks faster. I add noodles at the end and boil until noodles are about done, but if you have potatoes instead, add them when you add the carrots. It's yum and very, very healthy.

buy one cayenne pepper and put some in it.

I can't see eating chicken noodle soup without chicken chunks!

I have one pack of Ramen chicken mushroom, that ill add to the mix after 7 hours.

Mmmmm the chicken smells good already.

keep it simple..chicken noodle soup should be chicken noodle soup with no suprises.. chiken pieces garlic little salt parlsy cook on low medium for hour..then throw in noodles for time on package.. best if you put garlic in fter soup cooks ..garlic has natural healing properties when it is not cooked andjust dropped whole into soup peel first.. 1 clove per piece of chicken....add crackers or french or italian bread ..with butter. and juices also for sick people...

Hey you might wanna stay away from the Ramen noodle/ soup products they are EXTREMELY high in sodium!! And if this is a poor ill old lady I would want to drive her sodium levels up too high!

if chick3en is on the bone, let it cool on the bone before you cut it up, much more flavor that way.

ps if the chicken is on the bone, you might want to fillet it first, then only cook the bones together with the onions, garlic, ginger, veggies and the water and spices, the longer the better actually (depending on the veggies add them later so they won't get all mushy), and add the chicken meat shortly before serving.
