China does not currently have a standing (or reserve 200 million strong military force.) However, China is a communist country and could easily conscript from their HUGE pool of (mostly male) population. Such a conscription could easily produce a 200 million troop army. Though they would more than likely suck since combat training, even basics, would be very limited.
