first, yes, they can scan to see how much cash you have on your person / in your vehicle at that point in time. they've been doing that for awhile.

for example, I75 in florida to miami is hot road for the drug trafficking...so if car has $10,000+ in car at time of scan, you can bet your booty you will get pulled over for further investigation. (i.e. the average joe does not travel with this type of cash, and the majority of people who do are those that are normally involved in criminial activity.

is BS that can scan your credit cards, know your balance, etc.

Let's get the laws straight. There is no such thing as deputizing local police as Federal Agents. That's called Fascism. This is high treason.

I really can not disclose anything about my friend--she has first hand knowledge due to her work environment. Sorry, I can not say anymore.

Although delayed the new real ID system is being perfected and to go along with it
we will see tracking chips in all new license plates and beacons in decals.
These will easily be monitored via scanners and tracers along the roads and highways.
With access to the data base police won’t even have to pull over for speeding anymore,
just mail you the ticket. It will show where you’re coming from and where you’re going.
Also who is in the car. ( Unless they don’t have a Real ID on them)..Just don’t get caught
without your ID..
