I know a retired Cleveland cop who lives in another county S.W. of Cleveland who back in 1993 was out in his yard with his wife and one adult child of theirs who saw a huge UFO come down from the sky around 11:00PM. It then slowly moved down the road about 200 feet from the ground as if it was searching for something. Size of craft was around 300 feet across.

This guy and family did not even report this knowing the fact of suppression going on. Also, the sighting burned the cones of one persons eyes which someone said was a time cruiser from the future? This whole N.E. Ohio area is hot bed of ET activity, something big is going down and there is more I do not dare to even mention.

We of the Galactic Federation have promised you that we will increase our activities in your skies, and we have done so. For over 50 years we have gradually made ourselves visible to you, although for various reasons it has suited us to remain largely invisible to the prying eyes of your military. You must realise by now that your Government has amassed thousands upon thousands of documents covering sightings of our craft. Now their cover up has become futile, as there is so much evidence to support the reality of our presence. We can unequivocally report that we have never engaged in any form of action against you that could have been viewed as dangerous or harmful. Where we have been in close proximity to your aircraft, spacecraft or installations, matters have been under our total control.

Because we can accurately project what your dark forces are planning, we are always ahead of them in the cat and mouse game that is played out. Our hands are tied as to what action we can take in response to attacks against us, and we would not become offensive. Our way is one of peaceful negotiation and avoidance of outright conflict. However, we do have the right to self-defence, and where our craft have been chased or threatened we have often taken evasive action. That is not difficult given the acceleration and speed we can generate in a split second. Often our sudden disappearance is simply because we have become invisible to your eyes, and we also disappear off your radar screens.

However, with the presence of the Greys and their craft, and also those of your own military it is not always possible for you to be certain as to which ones you are viewing. The general yardstick is that the larger the craft are the more certain they are to be ours. Our Motherships can be enormous, as much as a hundred miles long or more, but normally these are stationed well outside of your Earth’s atmosphere. When they need to release their scoutcraft they advance nearer to you and they appear immediately within it. Our various craft are designed to meet a number of requirements including inter stellar travel. We are known throughout your Universe, as are the Ashtar Command who serve in a similar manner to ourselves. It may sound an impossible task to monitor such an enormous area, but the technology of our craft and our instantaneous communications are incredibly advanced. As individuals we are also adepts at “mind to mind” contact and distance is no obstacle.

As you experience your personal changes, you too will begin to realise that you are developing psychic skills. You have only to look at the large numbers of you that can now contact us by going into an altered state of consciousness. You are also experiencing bodily changes that are taking you to a level where you have immunity against disease. You are rising up into the higher vibrations, and also throwing off the limitations imposed upon you by centuries of mind control. You are rapidly awakening to your true potential and nothing will now stop your march forward. Many of you are in thought and deed becoming more like us, and we represent the ideal that you are reaching up to in readiness for Ascension.

Believe in your power of thought to mould a new reality, and focus on all that is wholesome and pure. You are Light Beings of such immense potential, and have far more influence on the end times than you can imagine. You are energising a quantum leap forward, that will release you forever from the clutches of the dark propel you into your future. It is a grand time to be on Earth, and you can rightfully feel excited and invigorated by the prospect of change. You are cutting your ties with all that is of the old and no longer serves your purpose. You are finding your own kind as you are drawn together, and a separation from the lower vibrations is inevitable and to be desired. In reality your natural home is in the higher vibrations, and you have only dropped into the darkness as part of a grand experiment. It is all but over and the opportunity is there for you to lift up out of it.

You are for the time being still human but you should start to think of yourself on a galactic level, as you will gain your freedom to travel the highways and byways of your Galaxy. You are becoming responsible citizens and members of the Federation of Planets, and that is only given to those who have totally moved into the Light. There is order and responsibility in the higher realms, and love and consideration for others is a prerequisite for any soul that aims for these levels. Simply set your sights upon it, and immense help will be given to you. Indeed, it is already taking place and the higher you rise up; the closer we can come to you.

We have no religion, but as individuals recognise our Godself within. We serve the Light by bringing you out of your darkness, into the full recognition of who you really are and encourage you to become one with your Higher Self. All you need to know is within, but we will show you the path that is opening up that will carry you to Ascension. You far from lose any part of your individuality by such a process, and instead become so much greater as One with the Universal Consciousness. We acknowledge and revere the Creator as the Source Of All That Is, and work to bring Light to all souls everywhere.

You too can join us, and in any event for many of you it will be a reunion with those you can rightly call your family in every meaning of the word. The Earth has shown you beauty to counterbalance the dark, but it has been but a glimpse of the higher realms. Allow your imagination to take you there, and not only think of the fantastic colours, shapes and sounds, but live them and bring them into your life now. Release all thoughts of pain and the drudgery of life in duality, and couple them with happiness and joy, and you will have some idea of what the future holds for you.

I love this news man. It means first contact is closer and closer. Basically ET has told this cabal and the world that the time for secrecy is running out. Either you come clean with the populace about the reality of our existence or your hand will be forced when we make a mass appearance and land.

This will happen this year or 2009 but definitely soon because 2012 is not that far away.

Furthermore there is channeled information about Barack Obama being the next president and this reality being assured to finally get us passed the dark one's controls. The report suggests that there is no evidence to suggest that a UFO or UAP is intelligently controlled.

Perhaps they never heard of cutting edge NACA/NASA scientist Paul R. Hill?

At 8:00 p.m., just at twilight, they saw two amber lights, looking like traffic lights, streaking toward them from the southern horizon at an estimated 500 miles an hour. From other witnesses and an aircraft spotter, Hill would later triangulate their altitude as 15,000 to 18,000 feet and their size as 13 to 20 feet in diameter. The lights passed directly over their heads, then slowed and turned west. Hill reported:

"They practically came to a stop as they approached. It was then that they started their strange jitter, a surprising phenomenon. First one leaped a little way ahead of the other as fast as or faster than the eye could follow... Then the other seemed to jump ahead. They kept up these odd mincing steps for a few seconds as they passed overhead... Then, after passing zenith, they made an astounding maneuver. Maintaining their spacing of about 200 feet, they revolved in a horizontal circle, about a common center, at a rate of lest once per second. After a few revolutions, and without pause, they switched their revolutions into a vertical plane, keeping up the same amazing rate."

Hill said he was "awe-stricken" and blurted out, "Nothing can do that—those are really saucers," adding that it was within his line of business to know that no man-made craft could "remotely approach those maneuvers." He was then convinced "that here were visitors from another world."

Hill then reported that seconds later, an identical spherical light came in from the Atlantic Ocean on an ascending course over Chesapeake Bay and joined the other two. The three started accelerating toward the south, to be joined by yet another amber sphere coming in from the James River.

Fuck you man! I'm from Cleveland and I can attest to its cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Also if you guys haven't heard about Trent Reznor's (who grew up in Cleveland) new album "The Slip" there are a lot of references to UFOs. I know there's something going on here, but I'm just as peplexed....

Britain�s defence intelligence chiefs have come up with a detailed scientific explanation to solve the mystery of unidentified flying objects.

After a four-year inquiry, they have concluded that most sightings can be explained by a little-understood atmospheric phenomenon.

Scientists at the Defence Intelligence Staff (DIS) describe how glowing �plasmas� of gas are created by charges of electricity. Air flows then sculpt the plasmas into aerodynamic shapes which appear to fly at extraordinary speeds through the sky.

The document is emphatic that UFOs do not come from alien civilisations or hostile powers, but equally it does not dismiss those who claim to have seen them as fantasists or hoaxers.

Instead, the scientists say such plasmas can play tricks on the mind, creating vivid impressions. They note that �local [electromagnetic] fields . . . have been medically proven to cause responses in the temporal lobes of the brain�.

As a result, UFO witnesses may not be mad but instead suffering from �extended memory retention and repeat experiences� induced by the plasmas.

Their report says that, though UFOs have �defied credible description� as to their cause, they are confident that they now have �a reasonably justified explanation�.

It goes on to recommend that the findings on UFOs � of which more than 100 are sighted in most years � could be developed for �novel military applications�, adding that Russia is already investigating such weapons.

The report has been released under the Freedom of Information Act following an application by Dr David Clarke, a lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, and Gary Anthony, a fellow researcher. The pair will give a presentation on the results this week.

Files released last year under freedom of information laws showed that the Ministry of Defence maintained a special unit, named S4F, responsible for logging sightings of UFOs by the public and the military, which numbered 88 in 2004.

Those files gave detailed accounts of sightings but did not indicate that the intelligence services were using the information as the basis of an inquiry codenamed Project Condign.

They began their inquiry in 1996, apparently without the knowledge of Michael Portillo, who was then defence secretary and responsible for the DIS.

The project was intended to assess any military danger UFOs might pose to Britain (it concludes they pose none).

The investigation by the DIS�s section DI55 was completed in 2000 under Geoff Hoon, now Europe minister, when other branches of the same agency were busy trying to find Saddam Hussein�s weapons of mass destruction.

The document, marked UK Eyes Only and entitled Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in the UK Air Defence Region, analyses 30 years of evidence on UFOs. Only 11 copies of the report were made.

�Credited with the ability to hover, land, take off, accelerate to exceptional velocities and vanish, they can reportedly alter their direction of flight
suddenly and clearly can exhibit aerodynamic characteristics well beyond those of any known aircraft or missile,� states the report.

While some non-hoax sightings of UFOs may be caused by wrongly identifying aircraft, various optical illusions or obvious natural phenomena, the most common explanation, the report concludes, is �several types of rarely encountered natural events within the atmosphere and ionosphere�.
It describes how an �electrically charged . . . gaseous mass� can form in the atmosphere which is often invisible to radar but resembles the bright, fast-moving, round or cigar-shaped objects typically reported by UFO spotters.

Although the plasmas share the characteristics of reported UFOs, they remain a mystery. �The method of formations of the electrically charged plasmas . . . is not fully understood,� the report finds.

Many of the other phenomena reported by UFO spotters can be explained by plasmas. For example, the report says the space between two plasmas sometimes �forms an area . . . from which the reflection of light does not occur�, giving the impression of a �black �craft�, often triangular and even up to hundreds of feet in length�.

In addition, the report finds that because plasmas are electrically charged, they can change shape or colour if hit by another energy source, such as a radio signal sent by a UFO spotter. �This has led �ufologists� to imagine that an �alien response� is being given to their signals,� the report says.
