It's too bad, by the looks of the assembly, that many if not most of the delegate seats were empty.

I guess most were off bathing in the oil & money spa in the next building once they heard the child was there to speak and not to.......well you can figure it out.

Point? I've seen younger and more powerful speakers than this.

Severn Cullis-Suzuki (born 1979) is an environmental activist, speaker, television host and author. Born to writer Tara Elizabeth Cullis and Canadian geneticist and environmental activist David Suzuki, Cullis-Suzuki received a B.Sc. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Yale University in 2002. She has spoken around the world about environmental issues, urging listeners to define their values, act with the future in mind, and take individual responsibility.[1]
In 1992, at the age of 12, Cullis-Suzuki raised money with members of ECO, the Environmental Children's Organization (a group she founded) to attend the Earth Summit in Rio De Janeiro. Along with group members Michelle Quigg, Vanessa Suttie, and Morgan Geisler, Severn presented environmental issues from a youth perspective at the Summit, where she received a standing ovation for a speech to the delegates.[2][3] The group also addressed delegates at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED).
In early 2002, Cullis-Suzuki helped launch an Internet-based think tank called The Skyfish Project. As a member of Kofi Annan's Special Advisory Panel, she and members of the Skyfish Project brought their first project, a pledge called the "Recognition of Responsibility," to the UN World Summit in Johannesburg in August 2002. The Skyfish Project disbanded in 2006 as Cullis-Suzuki turned her focus back to school and entered into a graduate program in environmental sciences at the University of Victoria.
Cullis-Suzuki has hosted a number of television programs, including Suzuki's Nature Quest, a children's television series that aired on the Discovery Channel in 2002. In 1993, Doubleday published her book Tell the World (ISBN 0-385-25422-9), a 32-page book of environmental steps for families.
According to her father's 2006 book, The Autobiography, Cullis-Suzuki spent two years traveling after graduating from Yale University and then enrolled in a graduate program at the University of Victoria to study ethnobotany under Nancy Turner.

David Suzuki's Daughter whose father has two mansions, one made out entirely glass in British Columbia. Her father is host of the Canadian television show the Nature of Things, he's got stock in the Carbon Credit trading houses in Chicago. It's just plain old brainwashing, David Suzuki was a hack, second rate host until he jumped on the global warming band wagon living off of Canadian Gov't grants.
