If you don't want to wait for that, find your local astronomy club and have someone with a GOTO telescope have it track and aim at where the sun should rise on any morning and see how accurate such things can be predicted.
The sun is exactly where it should be. Program your location into any of dozens of free software or online charting applications and generate the sunrise/sunset azimuth and time charts for your locality. You don't have to take anyone's word for it...this is easy for anyone with two working brain cells to determine for themselves.
