If you are really interested in such things download the free software. It is way past cool.
Plot in your location and you can take this thing for a spin forward or backwards in time. It will tell you exactly where at any given moment the Sun and all other objects are supposed to be.
I use it often for Astronomy and it is dead on every time.
Want to know where the Sun is supposed to be in relation to you on any given date? Check it out, it is free and a great program.

Those who fight so hard against Op's postulation must be protecting something.
Otherwise, why wouldn't they just let OP alone?
If OP is crazy, then why don't you just let her howl at the wind.
Debunkers always reinforce my opinion that there's truth about.
But you won't simply ask an astronomer and find out the truth. No body is "fighting so hard". We are simply offering the observation that the OP is making an absurd claim with ZERO supporting evidence.
Personally, I don't give a shit either way. Quoting: Right Brain

Dude, It was viewing the ships as they left the harbor and people noticed they could only see the top half after some distance occurred between the viewer and the ship.
THAT, is what started the question "Is the world really flat or is it rounded?"
A simple observation lead to the discovery of the world being round, spherical.
And tell me, what scientific instruments back then were used to calculate the earths shape? Their brains, and it was a bunch of sailors that actually lead the discovery. A bunch of alcoholic sailors.
AND, those who 1st supported the idea the world was rounded were ridiculed constantly, they were socially unaccepted.
It was not scientists today who made the discovery then.
In fact, the Greeks before Columbus's time new the world was round. The church was suppressing the idea from the public.
Just like TPTB are suppressing knowledge now! Quoting: Schmieder 324203
Those sailors did not make any discoveries; they were simply good at observation and noticed an anomaly. Scientists such as Eratosthenes were able to deduce how to measure and test this “theory”. I believe he measured the shadows of the summer solstice at different locations and was able to predict the circumference of the Earth via trigonometry within an error of around 10 percent.
In this case, we have a small minority of people who claim the sun “seems off”, but they are not willing to utilize or even recognize that same science to resolve their claims. I know that it is fun to believe in these things….to imagine you have discovered something that thousands of experts have not, but that “fun” has nothing to do with reality.
Yes, many things on GLP are “fun” to think about. |

No, it's quite simple. You can easily do the same thing. It is a concise way of aswering each specific point. You simply put brackets like this: [/] with the word "quote" in there. It makes things really clear. Maybe clarity is not what you want. That seems the case.
