I've been through the desert on a thread with no name

Well I don't know what's going on but when I moved into my house, the north side of my hen house never got any sun. I had to change all the(sun loving) plants I put there. I have had shade plants there for 6 yrs now, all was well. Last year, maybe the year before that, I noticed certain plants getting burned and and had to move some out. This year it is almost fully in the sun for about 6 or more hrs a day. I have the sun plants back in now. fwiw
So you think you have discovered something the world's astronomers have missed? Could it be that you are mistaken? Which is more likely?
I didn't say I discovered anything.
Yes you did. Quote you: "the north side of my hen house never got any sun"
And: "This year it is almost fully in the sun for about 6 or more hrs a day."
You claim to have "discovered" the above anomoly.
I gave my planting history for the north side of my henhouse.
You also gave the "history" of the alleged position of the Sun.
I know when the sun is burning my plants and when they are flourishing.
I'm sure you do. That is not the issue. The issue is the conclusion you have reached as to WHY your plants were burning.
You must be a shill to jump on me and accuse me of being wrong about my own garden, when I was only making an observation not a conclusion.
No, I suggested that you were mistaken about the anomolous position of the Sun. There are two choices: Either you are mistaken, or you have discoverd something that the world's astronomers have missed. Which do you suppose is more likely?
Oh my gosh! You give me more credit than I deserve really, I didn't do any scientific tests, just an observation,
Well, observations can be mistaken, as yours is.
but if you want to call it a discovery, I will accept it- if it turns out to be true! Cheers
Well, it would be the discovery of all time, if is was true. That was my point.
Why do you "cheers" me, and run away, but fail to answer my question? Why didn't you answer as to whether you think it is more likely that you are wrong or that you have beaten the world's astronomers to this most astounding "discovery"? Quoting: Menow 449281
I was trying to be nice, It is what it is, I don't move a whole flowerbed for the fun of it, So whatever! I am going out to weed my fennel. One thing, I must say you take a lot of fun out of a thread. |

Then why the hyperbolic freak-out about identity exposure over the vague reference to a general area like Austin?
And why the stupid "paid shill" routine? I think you are more intelligent than that. Quoting: Menow 449281
I don't. I posted the first article that came up in Google
when I typed in "Record breaking temps June Texas". If they
were stupid enough to state that they lived in that area then
thats on them. Besides, while I have never been to Austin I
happen to know several people from there and they all say that
it's the nicest place in Texas. Stevie Ray Vaughn came from
there, how bad can it be that you would freak out if someone
knows that you live there? I hope I can visit some day.
If it makes them feel better I'm from Memphis. They can tell
everyone that if they want to. "I've had two teenagers who were considering killing themselves, because they didn't want to
be around when the world ends. Two women in the last two weeks said they were contemplating
killing their children and themselves so they wouldn't have to suffer through the end of the world."

However, I must agree that the Sun is setting further north than I ever remember. I cannot say with certainty, but it sure does appear that way. More north than west last year. The sunsets are incredibly red too. More than I ever remember. And at the risk of attack, I do remenber the day the sun seemed to be in the wrong place one morning. I told people about it before I later heard others say the same thing on the internet. Coincidence? Maybe. Since I take chemtrails photos every morning for years now, you tend to know where the shade is and one morning was in the wrong place. Call me crazy if you want to. |

Fellow gardener here. I've noticed the exact same phenomenon.
Stay true to your own inner knowing.
Please describe. Are you talking about plants getting "burned" or that the Sun now shines where it never did before?
The north-facing windows had no direct sun for the 10 years I lived here. Now the sun shines directly into the house through those windows, which it never did before, and the shade-loving plants in the area just outside of that are getting sunburnt.
And no, there were no trees cut down or anything that would obviously allow for more sun to reach that area.
Yaaayyy! Now you can plant some flowers! That's what I did, I also put in some Autumn Joy Sedum, It's doing great!
Zinnias are even coming up there! Quoting: Elfchick22 83802
So, elfchick22, do you just flit around, calling people shills and dodging logical questions like a simpering twit? Didn't I ask you whether you thought it was more likely that you were mistaken about the Sun changing positions from previous years or that this fact had been missed by the world's astronomers?
It has to be one of those two things. Which do you suppose it is? |

I'm not saying it is true. I'm just saying I noticed these things too before i ever heard of it on the internet. Makes me wonder. If I had to bet my life on it, I'd say it's normal and because of the chemtrail spraying, people like me now pay more attn to the sky and are now noticing these things. I dont know.
