Idiot!!
Drink LOTS of water. Plan on spending lots of time in the bathroom.
You're going to have literally drink gallons of water. But, don't drink so much that you get water toxicity. (lightheaded, sick to your stomach, headache)
and take a B complex vitamin. turns your pee yellow.
