He knows what he is talking about.

THAT is why he is the new US enemy. Saddam did the same thing.

We are our own enemy.

We buy foreign goods and oil with our dollars. They use those dollars to buy oil and improve their economies. Result: Oil prices skyrocket because too many people trying to buy the same barrel of oil.

We invade foreign nations for their own good. This drives up prices even more because more of our capital is sent overseas to fund those conflicts. Furthermore with all the dollars floating around the world, nobody wants them anymore. So the value of our dollar tumbles and we end up paying more for oil and everything else.

Now can you imagine anyone trying to buy American goods with Iranian Dinars? Ain't gonna happen.
Can you imagine Iran invading the United States for our own good? No way, Jose!

While he is a threat to the U.S., he is no dummy. The U.S. dollar is rapidly becoming essentially worthless. I hate to say it but the U.S. has become like that mooch friend we have all had who you end up having to borrow money to because lots of folks think the're cool.
